Microsoft Light Switch for the DBA and Business Intelligence Professional

Quite often it is helpful for a DBA to have a front-end for tables that are used for configurations, lookups, etc.  Not only will a front-end help the DBA be more productive when working alone, but it will help in working more effectively has a team.  For business intelligence and data integration challenges, it is very common to have mapping, bridge and lookup tables that need to be managed by the BI team and business users.  Many times Access or a one-off application is used for front-ends like this.  In this presentation we will cover how to use Microsoft's new self-service development tool named LightSwitch to solve a few common front-end scenarios.
